Perlico Communications launched its fixed and broadband consumer and business services in 2002 at a time when telecom deregulation was gaining pace in the Irish market and broadband demand was gaining traction. Perlico's strategy was simply to wholesale Eircom's fixed-line and broadband products and back it up with effective, carefully targeted marketing and excellent customer service - a model which by 2007 it had perfected resulting in a 62,500 customer base, and revenues in excess of €40m. Vodafone PLC acquired Perlico in 2007 for an €80m sum to include the acquisition of Perlico's provisioning platform, SingleServe™.
We have been engaged by Perlico/Vodafone on a number of engagements including development on their CRM system SingleServe, Data Warehousing and Campaign Management systems. We also architected and developed their financial system that integrates into their CRM and billing system, the technologies involved includes .NEt Webservices and BizTalk.
